About the Event

In this session we’ll be exploring why we get so lost in thought and how that can stop us from sleeping, or enjoying our lives to the full. You’ll learn easy mindful practices to help you relax and stay calm even when the pressure is on. The second in two sessions for adults. Mindfulness for kids coming up!

Emma Reynolds is an accredited Mindfulness teacher (MBSR- Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) who has helped hundreds of people online, in person and on retreat to make real lasting change in their lives. She regularly talks at schools and conferences on the benefits of mindfulness in the classroom for teachers and students.
