About the Event

In this relaxed but informative session we’ll look at why we get stressed, angry, and worried and you’ll get to a chance to try simple mindfulness practices that can help calm the body and mind. Benefits include feeling more present, less reactive and more at peace with life’s invariable ups and downs. One of two sessions for adults.

Emma Reynolds is an accredited Mindfulness teacher (MBSR- Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) who has helped hundreds of people online, in person and on retreat to make real lasting change in their lives. She regularly talks at schools and conferences on the benefits of mindfulness in the classroom for teachers and students.

Then sip on freshly served, deliciously, soothing Organic Herbal Teas while learning new valuable informtion about how to create healthier and happier life choices!
